This warranty coverage applies exclusively to products purchased directly from herosets.com, our official Amazon store, or authorized retailers. For products purchased through other third-party sellers, please contact the original seller directly for warranty support.

1. Warranty Coverage

All HeroSets products—including cross-legged chairs, mesh office chair, and executive office chairs etc—are backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage includes:

• Structural components (frames, mechanisms, springs)
• Built-in upholstery & padding (sofa cushions, chair seats/backs)
• Functional parts (office chair casters, gas lifts, armrests, etc.)

Need to file a warranty claim? Connect directly with our support team via email, showing us the problem and we'll get back to you with a proposed solution! The content needs to have several points as below:

You need to send us a picture of the defective part of the products.

The person best suited to help will respond ASAP

2. What’s not covered by the warranty

1. Damage caused by any non-standard office activities
2. Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes
3. Surface color changes or bruises caused by light/sunlight exposure, heat exposure, or aging
4. Failure resulting from normal wear and tear
5. Textile pilling
6. Natural wood grain variations
7. Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects
8. Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity
9. Items exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure)
